  Zero honestly, asked a simple questions cause no appointments were ever available and they women that were working running their mouths behind the door where everyone can hear them. So will not be going back at all

  I was always use to having Vanessa and because I am a hard stick I was apprehensive but Crystal got me on the first stick. She is now my new go to phlebotomist!
