  My wife went in this morning to pick up our prescriptions. She was told by pharmacy staff that they would be ready in the afternoon. I Drove over to pick them up and I was told that I need to come back tomorrow that they did not have them, despite telling my wife earlier that they would be ready today. Got a really rude and snarky attitude from a younger girl named Sam. I asked to speak to Misty. Sam told me that she was off and that I shouldn’t bother her on her day off. The on duty pharmacist apologized for her behavior and called around to other giant to see if any other stores had it available locally. This is not the first time that I have witnessed the pharmacy staff he rude to other customers. Today, was the first time that it happened to me personally. We have always had good service from Misty, but the rest of the staff and they’re pretty much is awful

  I’m not sure what happened to this Pharmacy, but it has went downhill very bad.. I literally was in line today for a half an hour. It moved two people… Went back before they closed to get a prescription that was called in in the afternoon.. And the girl Filling prescriptions had the nerve to say I’m still trying to fill prescriptions from two days ago.. I said oh well I’m not really concerned about that. My doctor called in my prescription This afternoon when is it gonna be ready she said try back tomorrow.. Customer service sucks!!! I have used this Pharmacy for over 12 years.. Misty used to run it and it was great.. I don’t know who’s doing what but it’s terrible. I will be looking for a new pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions.!!!!!!

  I have never had a problem at giant pharmacy. They have bent over backwards to help me and my wife. I can't say enough good things about the employees. I've had many people leave CVS and go to giant. They are all happy with the decision. I truly don't know how anyone can complain about them. I must say, they do need more help in that department since rite aid closed. Keep up the good work people.
