  Renewed a prescription this morning, was told it would be ready 2:30pm. Arrived at 2:30 and it wasn’t ready, told it would be 10 minutes, they were working on it now. Waited 20 minutes and left, only to get a phone call on my drive home that it isn’t in stock and won’t be ready until tomorrow at 4pm! Not impressed at all with any of this experience and this isn’t my first negative experience at Giant, Elizabethtown. Edit: The above review was done on Tuesday, April 7th. I did not return Wednesday after 4, I waited an extra day and went back on Thursday to be sure. I got there and wait in line for 10 minutes and the line did not move a single person during my wait, so I left again. Today, Friday, April 10 I went back to give it another try in the morning and after waiting ten minutes again, was told that they had to order it and it would not be in until tomorrow after 4pm again! I think I’m done and will have my doctor transfer my prescription to somewhere else. The Giant Pharmacy in Elizabethtown seems to be unable to fill my prescriptions. Edit 2: I got home and called to see what I could do to get my prescription filled and whomever I spoke with said that they had 23 of the 30 pills in stock that they could give me a partial refill, so I agreed and drove back again. After a short wait (surprised), I was told that they had the whole prescription after all! So I wasted three trips to get what they must have had all along! I will not be using this pharmacy again and I’m shocked at the incompetence this experience has brought to light! Good luck with using this pharmacy! You will need it!

  Poor customer service. I stopped at the pharmacy to pick up my son’s prescription and they didn’t have it ready. They told me it would be at least 30mins so I said I would come back later (no big deal). She TOLD me to call first to make sure they had it. I’ve tried to call several times and when they answer, instantly say “hold please.” They never get back on the line and have hung up on me each and every time without ever being able to actually talk to someone. I understand they’re busy but come up with a better system if you tell your customer to call first. Do better!

  Wish I could give no stars. Been waiting 2 days for my medicine and they did get it in thus morning but it seems they bumped me to the end of the line as far as filling it. Do they not understand that people need their meds or do they just not care. They have no business being in customer service or playing with peoples lives.

  Everytime I have medication filled here they screw it up . My dr faxed over a script yesterday morning and giant said they still don’t have it , well giant lost another customer since they want to play with ppl lives and meds , this pharmacy is the worst and I am going back to cvs
