  This is a newer location that is conveniently located on Route 6N near the 79 on/off ramps. I made my appointment online in the morning and had an early afternoon check in. Within less than 5 minutes I was called back. The phlebotomist was friendly, professional and good at his job. He had no issue and I was in and out as quick as you could be. I made payment while there but understand billing will not take place until after insurance is checked. All in all I don't see how things could go any better and I would highly recommend this location. As an EXTRA bonus it is located next to a Dunkin Donuts...so if you have been fasting before your blood work now you can grab a coffee and a donut after your appointment right next door! It's a WIN WIN!

  made an appointment and was taken in on time. wonderful staff and I had NO black and blue mark after my blood draw. Extremely satisfied.

  The lab was clean, the staff was kind and efficient, but I did not get over half of my lab results in three weeks, which I assumed was plenty of time before seeing my annual specialist. I received no response to a message that I left, and my specialist was unable to get the results. I paid my copay, and I will be fighting for a refund.
