  I came to Quest for a routine blood draw and had a really pleasant experience! The waiting area is spacious and not too hot or cold, and like at any Quest Diagnostics lab, the seats are comfy, clean, like-new, well-maintained, and bright. The parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate, and after the draw I enjoyed a lot of nutritious food from nearby restaurants like the Farmer's Market next door. There's also a Wegman's nearby for orange juice and a Moe's Southwest Grill across the street for a hearty amount of protein to replenish the lost blood.

  Fast and friendly service. I was seen right away and my blood was drawn professionally and painlessly. I was inside the facility no more than 10 minutes from arrival to departure.

  I went for routine bloodwork 1/9/26 and it is the very first time in my 74 years that I have ever had a rude and sarcastic technician. Too long to go into here, but she was not a nice person. I would’ve given one star, but I’m a difficult stick and she did manage to draw my blood. Just a miserable person. I go for routine bloodwork and I will make sure not to get her next time. If you don’t enjoy working with the public, you shouldn’t be drawing people’s blood.
