  Always a problem here. Script called in 3 hours ago, still waiting for it to be filled… next time CVS.

  After requesting a fill and calling when it was estimated to be ready, they said they need another hour. It being the day before a holiday and an hour before close, I opted to come in 2 days after the request instead. Upon arrival, they say it is still not ready - when it was supposed to be 2 days before. They should have been honest when I called to check when it would be ready instead of saying they could get to it. I don’t think honesty is an unrealistic expectation at all. Another time I came in at 9 am, and no one was there yet even though they open at 9. I was not the only person waiting for them to open that day, late. After solely using grocery story pharmacies my entire life, this experience has prompted me to try an independent pharmacy instead. This location is unorganized, unprofessional and inconsiderate of their customers’ time. I would go anywhere else over here.

  First, that robot is absolutely terrifying... And stupid... And annoying... Second, the produce department should be named the "lame produce" department... Nothing fresh ~ just old & limp... And overpriced... Don't bother.
