  The customer service at this place is the worst I’ve ever seen. I had an intro class schedule for 12pm and they cancelled on me at 11am It took calling 4 times to get anyone to answer the phone and when I did I was greeted by the rudest receptionist who refused to provide her name. They cancelled the class because I was the only one who signed up. When I told them I got a babysitter to take this class and that I still wanted to and asked to speak to a manager they refused and then hung up on me. I do not recommend this establishment for anyone who wants to be treated with respect. This place apparently doesn’t provide that. If I could give negative stats I would.

  Amazing instructors, awesome front desk staff, clean, and a great workout! Yes, it’s expensive, but it’s just what my body needs.

  The studio is friendly, clean and supportive in areas that an individual have had injury. The instructors are kind and fully knowledgeable of the classes.

  I was very disappointed the day of my class I got a phone call saying that I had to go in and cancel the class because it needed to be teacher approved. I bought a single class pass, I had no idea that I could not take the class without someone approving it being a first time Pilates customer. I talked to someone from Club Pilates and they were not able to resolve the issue and now I have no credit to even take another class. Because they called me the day of telling me I can’t take the class and it was outside of the timeframe to cancel in order to keep your class. I was very upset because if they saw that the class needed approval why would they call me after the timeframe Know this and why is it that there’s nothing no one can do as far as Another class or crediting me back my $30
