I had an intro class schedule for 12pm and they cancelled on me at 11am It took calling 4 times to get anyone to answer the phone and when I did I was greeted by the rudest receptionist who refused to provide her name. They cancelled the class because I was the only one who signed up. When I told them I got a babysitter to take this class and that I still wanted to and asked to speak to a manager they refused and then hung up on me. I do not recommend this establishment for anyone who wants to be treated with respect. This place apparently doesn’t provide that. If I could give negative stats I would.
