  Very efficient timing. I checked in and in a few minutes, I was brought in by a very friendly associate. Easy online scheduling made the whole experience a snap.

  Very easy check-in; very little wait time; computer system picked up my information immediately; very professional staff; painless and left no mark afterwards on my arm where blood was taken. Very satisfied with the service and the facility. One thing you should know is that they keep track of your medical record so it’s very easy for the doctors to pull them up online and keep track of your history. That’s shading in the picture, not residual blood. No blood under the skin at all!!

  910 am appt. It's 937 and I'm still waiting. What is the point of an appointment? Never coming back here again. I'm editing to add that the phlebotomist had an attitude problem and said good morning aggressively because I didn't say good morning to her. I'm fasting and have waited longer than I should have to with an appointment. She tells me there are only 2 workers and I tell her that sounds like a staffing problem not a patient problem. QUEST DIAGNOSTICS DO BETTER! I'll do my blood work at St. Lukes from now on. They respect patient's time and are always pleasant and welcoming.

  Horrible Service. She does not need to be in the medical field. The lady with the red hair screamed at me with a disgusting attitude saying she is closed and will not see me; she had an issue with someone else, I was signed in before closing time; my brother waited inside for 30 mins for me. I have a disability so I needed to wait in my car, was I supposed to announce this in front of all the patients in the office? This is not how you treat anybody.
