  If I could give 0 stars I would. Came for pre-employment screening. Rachel B signed off on my specimen being the correct temperature and being valid, yet submitted to the employer that I refused to retake the test. Now they’ve moved on to the next candidate. Maybe I should apply here, you clearly don’t need attention to detail to do this job.

  When Jen is here my experience is 5 star . If she is on vacation or has day off rating drops and service is hit or miss. There are a couple people that fill in I will actually not deal with again and ask when jen will be back
