Dr Cole explained the procedure P/O instructions and follow up in easy to understand terms. From the front desk to discharge the staff were friendly and efficient. Again I was shown to my room early and the care could not have been better. The staff are great at teaching exactly how to modify my treatment as healing progresses and answering every question I've asked.
