  Horrible experience here. Front desk is not welcoming. The provider on staff did not address my concerns and interrupted me while I was speaking. The building has ants and roaches especially in the bathroom! I thought it would have been a great experience considering the location but no. Just disgusting and disappointed. Please get new staff— current staff is horrible!

  This urgent care is very big and clean. The staff is very nice and professional from the front desk to the nurse's and doctor's.

  Very difficult to get test results or speak to a doctor on weekends.  My daughter should have been given an xray if pneumonia was suspected.  She could have started antibiotics immediately.  Instead we waited for a swab and then had to call several times to speak with a provider to give results and tell us to start antibiotics.  Meanwhile very sic child getting sicker.  And your portal is not consistent with test results - some show.  Some don’t.

  Such a great experience. They got us right in and assessed quickly when my husband was not feeling well. Caitlin was so helpful and really took the time to listen to our concerns. Got his prescriptions sent in quickly and got to start antibiotics quickly. Will definitely be back

  The one provider, Caitlyn Lynch, is horrible. She’s rude, dismissive, and doesn’t like to hear any suggestions or concerns. I never post lengthy bad reviews so that’s how you know this is bad. I don’t even have my own google account, I’m using my sisters. That’s how little I write reviews but this lady deserves one. I’ve been here several times and every experience with her is unpleasant. When you try to explain to her that you know your body best and you know what works for you in a situation you’ve been in a million times, she doesn’t wanna hear it and she doesn’t care. The provider Leslie Brown on the other hand, is great. She’s so kind, empathic, caring and actually listens to you when you speak. Whenever I tell her I know my body best and know which medication works best for me in certain situations, she listens carefully and comes up with a treatment plan with that medication. Nobody knows your body and its reaction better than your own self, and Leslie understands that and she’s the only reason I have kept coming back to this urgent care! I truly believe that the other provider, Caitlyn, needs to be transferred out of this urgent care center. She lacks compassion and rolls her eyes when you talk. One time, after being put on an antibiotic and having it not work, I went back to see if we should try a different antibiotic and she told me that it was impossible for a course of antibiotics to just “not work.” I explained to her that my primary doctor told me that certain antibiotics are resistant to certain bacteria’s and it definitely is possible. Look it up. She then responded with “well that’s not the case with you.” I left and went to a different urgent care and got re-tested and sure enough, the infection was still present and the antibiotic DIDN’T work and the doctor said it was most likely because it was resistant to the bacteria. I told him about what Caitlyn said about it being “impossible” for antibiotics to just “not work.” and he laughed and told me to never see her again. I was a hair away from a kidney infection!! Anyway, Leslie Brown, you are GREAT and deserve all your flowers. However, because of Caitlynn, I will most likely never come back unfortunately.
