- JRJamie Rector4 days ago1.0My husband scheduled an appt online for 1pm. He received the confirmation email and proceeded to drive over 30 min on his day off to the appt. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the desk was unable to locate his appt in the system. The gentlemen helped several other People in the office while my husband continued to wait. After about 20 minutes, another woman came out and checked the schedule and proceeded to tell him they could not see him but could reschedule for 2 weeks out. It was terrible customer service with no attempt made to potentially see him later today or to accommodate in any way. Mistakes can happen, but one would expect some compassion and an attempt to provide better customer service. Especially to a new client who has traveled a decent distance to a confirmed appointment. We do not recommend and will not be utilizing this location for further care.
