  Let me start out by saying, my elderly mother was the client, but I attended all 3 appointments at the Miracle Ear at the Doylestown Office located at the Cross Keys Shopping Center. This is the fourth attempt my mother is trying to get hearing aids. The first time was back in 2008 actually at Miracle Ear and they still had my mother’s records. The problem with the past three attempts, my mother’s ear canals are baby small and the hearing aids would irritate my mother’s ear canals and she would end up returning them within the 30 day return period. This is my review on the fourth attempt at Miracle Ear with Danyelle Hess starting the first week of December, my mother’s Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Danyelle was very professional and her customer service was off the charts. First appointment, Danyelle performed a hear test on my mother, once completed, she went over the results clearly and went into what happens when an individual has hearing loss with diagrams of the inner ear and the impact on the brain from the results of hearing loss. Danyelle had a dummy pair of the hearing aids and test fitted them into my mother’s ears with no problems. Because of technology today, the hearing aids are super tiny. We ordered them. On the way home my mother stated that this hearing appointment was best one she’s ever had and was very satisfied with Danyelle. Second appointment, hearing aid fitting and setup. Danyelle took the time to help my mother insert the hearing aids and was always being positive and telling her she was confident my mother wouldn’t have problem. After only showing my mother how to insert the hearing aids few times, my mother was able to insert them with no problems. Danyelle then made a few frequency adjustments after talking to her. It was success and my mother could hear very well and the hearing aids were not irritating her tiny ear canals. Third appointment, 1 week later to make adjustments if needed. The only issue my mother was having, when she would talk, her voice had an echoing effect in her hearing. After explaining this to Danyelle, she made a few frequency adjustments and the echoing effect was pretty much eliminated. Overall, my mother is very happy, along with family, she can now have a conversation and doesn’t have to say “WHAT” all the time or cup her ears with her hands behind her ears to hopefully hear what people are saying. Also, she can’t even feel the hearing aids in her ears. Total success!!! Again, Danyelle was wonderful and made the experience such a positive one. If anybody in the Doylestown area with hearing loss and are thinking of getting hearing aids, I highly recommend you make an appointment with Danyelle Hess at Miracle Ear. She’s a Rock Star in my opinion!!!

  I could not have received a better hearing test exam today from the providers of Mary & Danyelle. Results showed my hearing is still exceptional since my last employment related exam 8 years prior. The complimentary token was a bonus!

  Danyelle helped me get ear molds made for the over-the-counter hearing aids that I purchased elsewhere. She was very patient and helpful, even though it was a pretty small order for her. And the ear molds definitely improved the sound quality, especially when streaming music and phone calls.

  My wife and I went to the Doylestown Miracle Ear office for our annual hearing test and hearing aid adjustments and Danyelle once again did an excellent job adjusting our aids after our hearing test. She was very thorough and precise with the testing and personal adjustments to our hearing aids. The improvement was immediately noticed. I am very impressed with the technology of these Miracle Ear hearing aids. There are a number of helpful setting selections for different environments with the aids I purchased. There is also a TV streaming unit available which brings the movie watching clarity to a whole new level. If you are wondering if you may be experiencing any level of hearing difficulties, I would highly recommend Danyelle in the Doylestown Miracle Ear office. They offer a free a hearing test and Danyelle then explains the results of the test and options for hearing aids if you are interested. She is very experienced, personable and professional.
