  Everything about the service at Quest was top-notch for me. I just wish I did not have to deal with an enormous amount of stop and go traffic on Rt. 100 as I strove to arrive on time for an 8:30AM fasting blood test.

  There was only one person working at the Quest Diagnostics location when I visited on a Saturday morning- one person working alone to manage patients, perform clinical services, do any necessary administrative work, clean and disinfect the space, and provide customer support. Not only does this type of staffing make providing acceptable client/patient service impossible, but I also strongly believe it presents serious safety hazards to both the staff member and the patients Quest serves. This is a clear example of corporate greed, plain and simple. It is an inexcusable practice.

  The woman who helped me are GREAT! There was an issue w the provider submitting the correct lab code for a urine test. After my third failed visit to this facility the ladies assisting me took it upon their selves to call the provider and fax them with a list of their codes so then the provider should be able to determine the correct code. And they took my phone number to contact me when the provider finally submitted the correct code. Wow! Thats going over and above what is expected of them. My heros! Im still waiting for the provider to submit the correct codes. The women at this lab are exceptional champions trying to do the right thing by me. I recognize and appreciate your efforts. My heart felt gratitude to you both. Thank You So Very Much.
