Start with the staff, not all but MOST; never at the counter when needed, very rude, disconnected and seem to be bothered by customers. Machines, although primarily the members responsibility, should be cleaned periodically, they are not, especially the tanning machines. You seriously run the risk of seriously staph infections in thos booths. My last day there was discovering, (brace yourself), brownish stains on the inside wall of a booth. Enter at your own risk folks.

Customer service at it's best here at planet fitness!
