  I have a special-needs son who has epilepsy. He recently had a seizure where he cut his face. They were nice enough to let us go to their triage area right away. This was a big relief since my son can get loud when waiting for appointments. I am very grateful for AFC Downingtown's compassion and flexibility.

  I’ll start by saying the staff are always professional and friendly. I did self pay so for the appointment and X-Ray I paid a total of $235. For that amount I feel I deserve a definitive explanation/answer concerning my X-Ray results. Instead I was told I didn’t have a break in my hand however, if the pain and swelling doesn’t go away I should see an Ortho because they may be able to find a break or fracture that the X-Ray taken couldn’t pick up…..?! So I left feeling I wasted $235 and should have just went to an Ortho from the jump. I’ve had my share of serious injuries so based on the level of discomfort I’m concerned I do have a break or fracture and they either misread the X-Ray or didn’t get good enough pictures. Either way it will be very disappointing if I find out a couple weeks down the road that my hand is in fact broken or fractured. Not sure what to think quite yet. Hopefully I just have a severe sprain or bone bruise and the pain is gone in a couple weeks. Time will tell.

  Could not be a better experience. Tim Lomady treated me - he, his staff and the front desk folks were helpful, skilled, fast and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

  Best urgent care experience ever! From the online sign in to the friendly receptionist to Tim, the NP who treated me, it was an excellent, speedy experience.

  Very clean. Very friendly. They said it would be a 45 minute wait but it was more like 20 minutes. Dr treated me right away and I was on my way. Definitely recommend
