Class with Jess is always a burst of strength, power, and fun. She always changes it up, but keeps the same energy level and technique. She’s right there with you when you start to feel tired, which is motivating and inspiring. Her playlist is always awesome and she is a kind, personable instructor. She makes sure to connect with everyone in the room and makes working out enjoyable, yet challenging. Love my Y6!

In my personal opinion and based on my own experience, I would strongly recommend using ClassPass instead of signing up for a membership here. I personally felt constant pressure to commit to a membership. I would have multiple phone calls a day from multiple staff members that I never answered, yet they never got the hint. Almost every visit included repeated sales pitches, and I was told there was a new “limited-time special” nearly every month, a deal that, from my perspective, never actually seemed to expire. To me, this felt misleading and unnecessarily pushy. Again, this is just my opinion, but if you do decide to sign up, I strongly suggest reading the fine print very carefully. From what I personally experienced, the cancellation policy requires notice far in advance (30 days BEFORE the NEXT billing period, so TWO MONTHS (from my understanding)), which I did not feel was clearly emphasized upfront. There are no refunds and no exceptions, which, in my view, makes it a risky commitment. For anyone considering this place, I personally think ClassPass is a much cheaper and safer option financially. The classes themselves were fine. Nothing you can’t do at home though, for the price. Based on my experience alone, I wouldn’t risk signing a membership contract here.

I want to be very clear that this review is based entirely on my personal experience and opinions, but I feel people deserve to know what they might be walking into. I signed up for what I believed was a simple two-month trial. I personally never felt that the 30-day cancellation rule was verbally explained to me. Yes, it was in the fine print, but I didn’t expect I’d have to cancel a trial almost immediately just to avoid being charged for a third month. When I tried to sort this out, I spoke with the studio and their corporate office. In my opinion, the responses I got were not helpful and dismissive. I was given four credits extra credits for free, that I will not be using and I made them aware of this but they still would not refund me. To me that made absolutely no sense. During the process, I personally felt talked down to and not taken seriously—almost like they assumed that because I’m a younger customer, I wouldn’t push back. I also didn’t appreciate being told that talking about my experience publicly might lead to legal action. I felt utterly insulted and embarrassed for a grown man , basically telling a young female customer that if I speak the truth, legal action would be taken. That felt extremely unnecessary and like an attempt to intimidate me. This only made the situation feel worse. Then, minutes later, I was invited back to class. In my personal view, that came across as incredibly inconsistent. So you will take legal action? But you want me in class?!? Speaking only for myself, I felt pressured during sign-up, and the repeated calls and messages felt excessive. If you’re considering trying this place, I’d recommend using ClassPass first instead of locking yourself into a membership you might regret. The yoga itself was fine, but the way the entire situation was handled—again, in my personal opinion—was disappointing and I won’t be returning. And since I ended up paying for a month I couldn’t use, I’ll just consider that charge my unintentional holiday donation to the business. Merry Christmas, because after this experience, they won’t be getting another penny from me.
