I have no regrets going to The Good Feet Store. John, my sales representative, was very informative, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding of my knee pain which brought me there. It was like night and day trying out one of the systems they have for my knee pain. What a difference and relief of pain in my knees! John explained everything in detail I needed to know and listened to and answered all my questions. He couldn’t have been any more helpful! Cranberry store

I am happy to have the supports in my shoes. They have been just what I needed, but the $500.00 price tag almost made me faint!! At least it will be tax deductible, I hope.
I thought it was very nice of the salesman to say he threw an extra pair of linings in the bag for me. Unfortunately each shoe lining was $49.95 which I didn’t discover until I looked at my receipt. An elderly woman can’t well afford a $600.00 charge on her card but the comfort and support that I felt walking was something I could not deny. I just think that the salesman should’ve used a better phraseology than “I threw in a second pair of liners for you” !

My husband finally convinced me to go to this store and see what they offered to help with my multiple feet issues. We went in and were greeted by Michele S. She was very friendly, personable and she spent a good deal of time explaining the process that the company has developed to help address various foot issues. She made impressions of both of my feet even though only my right foot has a collapsed arch. She reviewed the program they have, the various components that are used to slowly help the foot gain the strength it needs to support the body when you step and walk. The cost for everything is not cheap, but by comparison I have purchased expensive shoes for years that have not helped with my foot pain and the pain I have in my hip, lower back and down my right leg so after some thought my husband convinced me to at least try some of the items the plan offers. She then asked if I would like to try a pair of Brooks shoes - a brand I had never heard of, but one she says is widely endorsed by orthopedic physicians for good foot health. I was amazed at how well the shoes fit my feet and how comfortable they were as soon as I stepped into them. When she measured my feet she showed that I needed a different size shoe than what I have been buying for years from Naturalizer Shoes, which really surprised me, but the smaller size shoe felt so right almost immediately. Later that day I visited a friend who is a nurse and when I told her about my new shoes she said that she has been wearing Brooks for years and she won't wear any other brand, so that was proof that Michele's suggestion was spot on. I am now planning to go back and purchase some of the arch supports Michele recommended and hopefully I will have much less foot, leg and hip pain from now on.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide firm yet flexible support that helps correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief solutions.
Can arch supports help if I already buy good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes. Often, foot discomfort is due to the foot's biomechanics rather than the shoes themselves. Using Good Feet arch supports helps stabilize the foot and can reduce or eliminate pain related to foot and foot-related problems.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
