  Doctors are great. Specifically Dr. Murray. The office staff is atrocious since they outsourced. Save the headache and go somewhere else. They don’t value any of their patients for years and refuse to even return phone calls. When you do manage to get them on the phone they have no respect for your time or concerns. Avoid at all costs.

  All I tried to do was get an appointment for medication management and possible adhd testing. The amount of information I had to enter into the site is a barrier to treatment. Tons and tons of pages, I almost gave up 3 times considering I struggle to focus. I was told to set an appointment on the calendar. It is basically a calendar, no interface for entering an appointment. I struggled my whole life with undiagnosed ADHD and I'm 52. With practices like this, I'll have to struggle till I die.

  Unprofessional and uncaring has been my experience with this establishment. There’s a rotating door of therapist in and out of there, which to me is a red flag. Billing is a disaster. Management absent. Receptionist willfully inept.

  I find the administrative staff and management lacking in professionalism and lacking in response to their client base. Filling is a complete total disaster. It is hit and miss. It is impatience and lacking all accounting principles. I will never go back and never recommend them.

  I see I’m not the only one that gets zero answers from the extremely unprofessional staff. As a professional, I can never recommend this deplorable place of business. There’s a rotating door of therapist in and out - unprofessional at best!
