My family ( of 4) has gone to him for 30 years. Great doctor, cares, doesn't rush you out the door and fixes what's wrong. I've never waited in waiting room for more than 5 minutes!!

For this review we are going to call this doctor Buster Brown. All he needs is his dog companion. He seems to care more about selling you diabetic shoes than anything else. No real examination, no x-rays; all he does is glance at yoyy feet and tell you how bad your feet are. So he sold me a pair of diabetic shoes with custom inserts, which I wore no more than twice a week for a couple of hours each time. They lasted three months. The insurance company paid him so what does he care? Garbage, I tell you, garbage! That would also explain why the two times I visited office it was completely empty like a ghost town.
I guess the messenger forgot to tell me so I'll tell you -- in my opinion, avoid this doctor.

Wanted to fit me with an orthotic before finding out what was wrong because insurance will pay for it. After an MRI that I requested he put my foot in a boot. Wrong! I found another DR. I have Avascular Necrosis in 3 metatarsal bones and needed cushioning. Not a hard boot. I tried to return the boot which I did not use and he said that could not be done. I now have to pay $100 for a boot that I was misdiagnosed with and have never used and will not use. I do not recommend Dr. Pacyna.

Gary Pacyna treated my mother for a broken ankle, which she complained about her leg itching and burning for over a week. She called him a few times and he kept saying "keep doing what you're doing!" Well, she ended up having a blood clot and passing away. She literally passed away right outside of his office AFTER he gave her a "check-up." He couldn't even recognize someone dying right before his own eyes!!! He didn't even have the decency to call an ambulance, which could've potentially saved her life!!! I honestly don't know how he could live with himself! What foot doctor doesn't know the signs of a blood clot!!! My mom was 53 years old by the way. She missed out on being a grandmother and it pains me every day!
