  I returned to this office only because a temporary filling fell out and I needed a professional dental temporary filling placed to protect the tooth until I can finish treatment elsewhere. To manage the pain, I placed an over-the-counter temporary filling myself until my appointment. During the visit, the dentist insisted the filling was still there. I explained multiple times that what he was seeing was the OTC material I had placed. I was then told that the OTC material was “the same thing” used in the office, which is concerning because OTC temporary fillings are not the same as clinical dental temporary restorations. I was and still am in SEVERE pain and now have to wait for the weekend to pass to find another dentist. I have an extensive history and background in the dental field. I was extremely upset that he knew the amount of pain I was in and was a little swollen to the point I need antibiotics and did not get me out of pain and accused me of not listening when he knew I did not have the money for a root canal and stated this came down to money. The tooth was not stabilized with a proper DENTAL temporary and I was told to take Advil, and dismissed still in significant pain that has expanded to my entire jaw line. That is considered neglect! Unfortunately, this followed previous troubling experiences at the practice, including sutures attaching my cheek to my gum after an extraction and a dental injection that caused burning and temporary vision disturbance. Patients deserve clear communication and appropriate care, especially when they come in for pain. I strongly do NOT recommend! Out dated everything and uses amalgam for everything including a core that needed an actual core or post to stabilize another tooth canal tooth that he failed to do.

  I’ve been going to Haines since 2013 he has literally fixed every issue I had with my teeth. And awesome with root canals and gets you in quickly. Highly recommend

  I just wanted to say Dr haines is a wonderful dentist I would recommend him to anybody I had to have all my teeth out he helped me with that now I feel so much better I'm in the process now of getting dentures also I did not mention that he has a great staff and they are caring people I would just like to close this with I had a wonderful experience and I will continue to go back for further care

  Dr Haines is a wonderful dentist. I had a bad toothache and HATE going to the dentist. Dr. Haines and his staff made me feel comfortable and I was not scared at all. They gave me a same day emergency appointment and got me out of pain. I made an appointment for my cleaning and I’m actually looking forward to it. I would definitely recommend Dr Haines if you’re looking for a genuinely nice and caring dentist.
