  Very clean facility, and I unfortunately can not remember the lady who did my bloodwork’s name, but she was very nice & i didn’t even feel her poke me with the needle.

  If I could give negative reviews I would. Do not come here. Make the trip to go to the Quest in Robinson. This location is atrocious. All the staff are completely rude and ignorant. While I was waiting for my girlfriend to get her blood drawn they held her id wouldn’t let her leave until 1 of two things happened. She either peed in 4 minutes or in 3 hours sitting in the waiting room. If she didn’t she would have failed her drug test. I highly doubt not recommend coming here. Brandi/Brandy, Debra and others.

  I had my fiance and our baby who is on oxygen waiting for me in the car when I went to this scheduled appointment only to have one of the staff come out and be extremely rude. She looked at me and said sorry we dont have time, I then said I have an appointment scheduled, she said no you dont, I showed her my appointment on my phone, she then said sorry were not doing it and slammed the door and locking it after. These are not people who should be working in a place like this. Absolutely horrific.
