    I was looking for some extra motivation to help me lose about 30lbs, but my demanding work schedule makes its hard for me to schedule specific times to workout or meet with a personal trainer. The Inner strength program was perfect for me because I can do my workout when it's convenient for me. I also really like the app and how it has short videos of each workout and allows me to message my trainer whenever I have any questions. I have been with the program for 3 months now and I plan on keeping it for the remainder of the year for a total of 6 months, as I prepare For my 50th birthday in January. I also have a friend now that is going to try out the program after she saw me using the program! I also get to meet with a trainer monthly for a one on one session, which is also very helpful because I can get additional instructions for the workouts and I just overall enjoy the one on one time! Everyone that I have worked with so far has been very nice and helpful! I definitely would recommend the program to all of my friends and family!

    Love!! Innerstrength ! Before I walked in the doors of Innerstrength I had a difficult time walking across the the uneven ground of my yard. I still have some pain however it’s much better!! I love the staff they make you feel so welcomed and you feel like you have a personal trainer. They are always quick to help and correct bad form. It’s truly the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time. Cathy Murray

    Seeing pictures from my 50th Birthday was rough. I was 50 lbs overweight, my back was so screwed up from an accident, that I couldn't stand up straight & I was in constant pain. That was 2 years ago. I've had a couple of setbacks along the way, but thanks to the team at Inner Strength, I'm down 20 lbs, standing straight, back to riding horses, stronger & more confident than I've been in years! My journey isn't done, but I've come a LONG way!! Thank you Ryan Wade, Claire InnerStrength, Shane Innerstrength & Dr. Tyler!

    Before I started at Inner Strength, I was out of shape and would get winded walk. The encouragement and support that I received at the gym as well as a program that was modified initially to help me gain strength and endurance helped me be able to get stronger and in shape. The gym coaches and members are supportive and encouraging to help each member work towards there individual goals either in the gym or through the on-line teaching and support program that they have.
