- TStimothy strosserAug 11, 20251.0Filling a standard monthly prescription: I received conflicting text messages regarding the readiness of my prescription so I called the pharmacy directly to find out the status of my prescription. They said my prescription was ready to be picked up. I go to the pharmacy 30 minutes later and they said it was not ready, and that I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for it to be ready (no apologies and no explanations). 37 minutes later my script was still not ready and I needed to leave. They completely wasted my time with zero acknowledgement that they did so. I used to get my scripts from Rite Aide and this type of thing never happened there but this is not the first time this has happened to me at Giant. Take your business elsewhere.
