  Filling a standard monthly prescription: I received conflicting text messages regarding the readiness of my prescription so I called the pharmacy directly to find out the status of my prescription. They said my prescription was ready to be picked up. I go to the pharmacy 30 minutes later and they said it was not ready, and that I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for it to be ready (no apologies and no explanations). 37 minutes later my script was still not ready and I needed to leave. They completely wasted my time with zero acknowledgement that they did so. I used to get my scripts from Rite Aide and this type of thing never happened there but this is not the first time this has happened to me at Giant. Take your business elsewhere.

  They keep filling prescriptions even after being told not to. I told them to a prescription off auto renewal 3 times as I would be switching lo and behold they still filled. Employees just shrug and say oh well. Finally got someone to actually take it off autorenewal today but not until after they filled the prescription again.

  I used CVS found out I was being robbed for a specific product 71.00 cvs 10.30 Giant And very helpful ppl you have to shop around even with insurance
