Not only did it do its job with my w/ flexibility but learning the practice of Yoga has helped me in every aspect of my life. Breathing, getting in control of my mind, balance ( both on and off my mat ), core strength, and community, have been such a big part of this journey. The instructors are wonderful and everyone who works there is welcoming and friendly. I have grown so much as an athlete but more importantly as a human. Thanks Y6 Collegeville.
