- ASaida santamariaJun 9, 20225.0Had my first appointment today, it's the first time after being seen in different places for hearing aides that I was referred to ENT specialist, i was disappointed my grateful that they want to make sure there is no other issues with my ear besides loss of hearing, proof that they care more about you as a person than just selling their products, very grateful to them, they were both awesome, took time to explain everything.

- TSthomas suffieldJul 7, 20182.0I called them to make an appointment to have my ringing of the ears looked at. Remember I called them! The lady on the phone was very nice and polite. The problems started once they got my information, e-mail and phone number. I received 12 plus combined e-mails and phone calls even after I confirmed my appointment. I as many do no like pressure from sales folks. These inundated calls texts and e-mails show that these folks will pull you over a barrel and stick it to you! DO NOT GIVE them any info or you will be bothered to DEATH! I cancelled my appointment!
