- BZBrigitte ZettlOct 11, 20191.0I have gone to this lab on 5 occassions over the course of 2 years for water testing. The person who is always at the front counter is apathetic an unapologetically unhelpful. Of the 5 trips I have made to bring in samples only 2 were a success. This is because specific bottles, procedures, water levels and temperatures are required but she makes no effort to inform you about them...even when asking about it in person and on the phone. She answers your question but offers no information - even when critical to their acceptance of the sample. After 3 times of leaving work early to drive 45 minutes to get there by 4 and having my sample rejected I will never go there again. Last time I didn't get my results on a bacterial test until I called 2 weeks later. She said she emailed it but I never got it...its supposed to be 2-3 days.
