  I have worked for Criticare home health and nursing services since 2013. It has been a wonderful place to work. The office staff have alway been kind, caring, professional, and compassionate. And the clients I have had the pleasure of caring for are amazing, in so many ways. They are such a Blessing. And I feel so blessed to have been able to provide care for them.

  Criticare is a great company to work for! I actually feel seen, valued and appreciated for once! All the staff I have interacted with were always pleasant and patient! Especially when I was a new hire.They made me feel welcome and comfortable! whenever I had questions or needed help they were all very approachable and kind! Aside from that they always have motivating incentives as well! I can confidently say this is one of the best companies I have ever worked for and positive non toxic work place!

  In my 5 years with CritiCare, I've noticed a high quality of nurses that are all well-educated from many areas of medical expertise. It's been so enjoyable to sub as a school nurse, as I secretly have always wanted to work in the schools. I also love helping with the annual healthcare screenings. I get to meet many wonderful children as well as other awesome CritiCare nurses!

  I have had a very positive experience working with CritiCare for the last 4 years. They are very flexible with scheduling, which makes it much easier to balance work and personal responsibilities. The team is also very understanding when emergency situations arise, and they work with employees to find solutions when needed. I appreciate the incentives offered for picking up last-minute shifts, as well as the helpful reminders about renewing certifications. These small things really help employees stay organized and supported in their roles. Another great aspect of this company is the wide variety of opportunities available. There are many cases to choose from, including home care, surgical cases, and school cases, which allows staff to find placements that best fit their skills and schedules. Overall, the company is very supportive of its employees, and I have had a great experience working here.

  I’ve been working for CritiCare for 5 months now as a PCA and have had nothing but a great experience. During the hiring process, I was asked questions that helped place me in a position where I’d thrive. As a PCA, I work 1-1 with kiddos in a classroom setting. Criticare has direct communication with me as well as the school I work in. Because of that, I feel communication runs pretty smooth. The school that I work with is absolutely amazing. The staff is amazing. As someone with PCA experience in a hospital setting, pivoting to a school setting was unexpected but was surprisingly easy with the help, encouragement, and reassurance I’ve received from the school and CritiCare. This has been an amazing start to my career and Im so excited for this journey. I’m so blessed to be able to do what I love for a living and I couldn’t have gotten here without CritiCare.
