First of all, their attitude is very condescending— particularly Dr Novak. Additionally, they are extremely hard to get through to, and almost never answer the phone. I have two small children and work full time so I tried to make an appointment after work and drive through rush hour traffic— I called and told them I was expected to be 10 min late and they said it was ok. I got there 11 minutes late so they cancelled my appointment. Honestly unbelievable. If they couldn’t accommodate me they should’ve said so when I called. This has been a huge waste of time.

He was very professional, explained everything clearly, and reassured me that my eye health was in good condition. He is truly a top-notch doctor, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone. She provided outstanding customer service, explained the promotions clearly, and made the entire process easy and pleasant.
