Dr.s were good and equipment was up to date. Painless and fast.
Scheduled exam for myself and my wife.
My exam started on time no waiting for me came out wife was scheduled next but had to wait. Someone came in and was taken before her so she had to wait longer.
No explanation except they were running late.
Camita who helped me and my wife with choosing our glasses was excellent. Very knowledgeable with brands and proper sizing to our face types. Highly recommend her.
Arrived at 11 and finished at 1:30

I love Dr Novak. She is always so nice and very detailed with her exams. They staff there is also great. They won’t let you get glasses you don’t like or upsell you on things.

I had a great experience overall. My glasses broke and my old eye doctor couldn't see me for months. I got an appointment with LensCrafters right away, the whole staff was helpful and polite, it was a smooth appointment over all.
