Dr. Novak was fine, but the woman doing the initial testing was very rude to my 11-year old daughter, made her cry, and got so frustrated with her she abruptly left the room and had another (very nice and patient) girl come in to finish the test, which my daughter completed with no problem once she felt comfortable. (My daughter was scared of the puff of air being blown into her eye and the woman kept expressing her annoyance at having to redo the test because she repeatedly said she wanted to go home early). The lady who checked us out was also just seemingly annoyed and had zero personality. She kept sighing in annoyance when people walked in at 6:15 since they close at 6:30. Its not our fault that we got the last appointment of the day and everyone wanted to go home! I usually go to a local eye doctor who is great, but didn't want to pay out of pocket since my insurance changed...now, I am going to cancel my three other appointments with LensCrafters and pay out of pocket because its better than dealing with this nonsense.
