  Coming here really helped my back, neck and hips. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. Doctor Khoury takes the time to make sure each person gets the adjustments they need.

  I went to Cecil Chiropractic after a car hit me head-on as I sat at a red light. I was suffering from a substantial amount of back pain, and I just wanted relief. Dr. Khoury and his staff were all very nice and his treatments were helping, but after going there for 2 months, I had concerns about where I was in relation to my insurance policy limits. Our family has incurred a lot of other medical expenses this year, and we were out of money in our HRA and FSA accounts. I knew if I exceeded the limits of our auto policy, I would be stuck paying out-of-pocket for my care, which we couldn't afford. I was very upfront about this with everyone at Cecil Chiropractic. I asked Melissa, Sue, and Dr. Khoury, but nobody could give me an answer. Out of financial concern, I decided to forego treatment until someone at Cecil Chiropractic would provide a concrete answer... and 7 months later, I'm still waiting. My insurance company kept calling me to ask about my treatment and expressed great concern because they had received no claims. I called the office multiple times, but to no avail. Sue left messages for Melissa to call me since she handles the claims submissions, but I never received any callbacks. Once, I actually spoke to Melissa who said she was waiting for Dr. Khoury to complete something so she could send them in. When I asked how long it would take, she very shortly replied that they have up to 3 years and 20 days to submit claims. That may very well be the case, but just because they can, doesn't mean they should. If I owed them money, would they allow me that amount of time to pay?? Probably not. So here I am, still in pain 8 months after I sought treatment, and my insurance company will now not cover further treatment because I stopped receiving care while I waited for Cecil Chiropractic to answer my question. I wish I'd gone somewhere else... anywhere else. If I had, I'm sure I would feel much better than I do, my insurance company would probably have all of the information they would need to close my claim, and I wouldn't be worried about Cecil Chiropractic's questionable, possibly sketchy billing practices. I hope that others learn from my experience. I am disappointed to say the very least.
