  Very disappointed, twice now this pharmacy has suddenly ran out of my medication without a y notice. Was there two days ago and was told it was not ready, being completely out for second day, drive all the way in just for them to tell me they are out of stock and nothing they can do. This is a med that you cannot just go off of without side affects and now have to work and won't be able to get it from another pharmacy today!

  Inconsistent customer service. Organic section loaded with junk food touting natural but it is loaded with sugar. Not ORGANIC. FALSE ADVERTISING OR IGNORANCE?

  Stood in line for over 20 minutes and they let some one just jump right in front of me on my turn.

  God awful. Keep changing their mind about whether they will accept insurance, let you pay cash, or otherwise. Hung onto my card and scrip for over two hours and I hear nothing. I spoke to Rite Aid, they tell me they can fill my scrip that day, and I come back in to retrieve my scrip. GIANT Pharmacy tech tells me they "didn't know what [I] was going to do"--I don't even know what that means or how that consitutes a valid excuse for a lack of communication--so they sat on my scrip. They never called me, despite making me write down my phone number and address. Had I not come back in and asked about what was going on, I wouldn't have had my scrip filled today by another pharmacy. Who the hell supervises this pharmacy?
