- LBLecia BenackJan 21, 20261.0I have been a patient here for as long as I can remember but will not be returning. I have been given the runaround just trying to get glasses for my 4-year-old. They had a small collection for children and I was told to go on a few websites to look for glasses for them to order as what they had was too big for my boy. I asked them for his size and was given a post it with some places to look and his size. However, these sites are not easy to manage and the size I was given did not line up with what was on the manufacturing website. The staff could not be bothered to help us, so I called and requested the prescription so we could go elsewhere. When I explained my frustrations I was told” yea those sites are difficult to navigate and thats not a size, not sure what number they gave you”. I was told they would email The prescription but it was never emailed, my complaints were never addressed, my phone calls are not being answered, yet they submitted the claim to the insurance company and got paid. I am simply looking for basic customer service and access to the information that I paid for.
