The office manager Shurti was very rude and unpleasant. I asked for an estimate request to be submitted to my insurance due to what I believe to have been improper billing practices and she didn’t allow me express my concerns and kept interrupting me when I attempted to have a conversation with her. I advised I will no longer be a patient and she said ok I can pick up my refund on the next business day. She abruptly hung up the phone. I have never had such a bad experience with a dental office. I’m so disappointed.

I was a patient here for some time and genuinely appreciated the care, but I ultimately left due to their X-ray policy. The office requires X-rays every 12 months. My insurance only covers them every 18 months. When I declined to pay out of pocket for earlier X-rays, I was told I would need to find another dentist. I understand that providers set their own standards and do not want insurance companies dictating care. However, this becomes a financial decision for patients. No flexibility was offered, even to acknowledge their recommendation and proceed at 18 months. X-rays every 18 months are still regular preventive care and clearly better than patients delaying care altogether. If you are comfortable paying out of pocket to meet their 12-month requirement, this may not affect you. I feel patients should simply be aware of this policy before establishing a relationship.
