They were able to enroll my son and I as patients and get us in the very next week for our appointments. As a single mom, I was nervous about having my 3 year old with me during my appointment. The staff was so kind, understanding, and helpful. They let him sit right outside the exam room door during the x-ray portion so he could still see me. My exam was personable, efficient, and comfortable. This was my son’s first dentist appointment, and the dental hygienist (Terra) and Dr. Yousef were so great with him, explaining each step, and keeping things fun and personable. Thank you for such a great experience. I highly recommend Poplar Family Dentistry.

I scheduled my visit because of a specific gum issue that I had already mentioned beforehand, and that is when I was offered the $325 membership plan that I ended up purchasing. However, during the appointment, my main concern was not properly addressed. I had to bring it up myself at the end again. Instead, the visit focused on taking multiple X-rays and presenting me with a costly treatment plan that did not clearly relate to the issue I came in for. I paid $325 for the membership and essentially walked away with no resolution to my concern and no cleaning. The doctor’s treatment and overall approach left a lot to be desired. I did not feel heard or properly cared for as a patient. I have since had to follow up multiple times to try to resolve this situation, which has been frustrating and time-consuming. I would strongly caution others before going here or signing up for their membership plan.
