  My husband and I’s first time there and honestly we were a little skeptical but the receptionist was very pleasant and respectful! She explained everything in detail! Jill (the doctor) was very personal and very friendly! The person (don’t know his name) who we ordered glasses from was very friendly and helpful as well We will be back for sure

  Fantastic customer service! I dropped in with glasses I didn't purchase here. The store manager, Nick, was absolutely wonderful. He adjusted them for me without any issue, and he was professional and personable. I'll definitely buy my next pair of glasses here!

  Your capital city mall manager is the worst human being i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Inconsiderate and very foul mouthed, ignorant employee. I will never recommend anyone to come to that location. If you dont get rid of this employee there will always be complaints about him if there already hasn't been. I strongly suggest he gets fired. And now I will be going to lens crafters because of this employee

  I HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AT PEARLE VISION OPTICAL THIS WAS MY 1ST TIME GOING THERE IT WON'T BE THE LAST. EVERYONE WAS AMAZING JILL,BRIANA, NICK AND TIM WERE ALL AWESOME. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO NICK FOR PUTTING AN ARM ON MY BROKEN GLASSES .

  Very poorly ran is to say the least. I scheduled an appointment and was 5 minutes late due to traffic, the person up front was very rude about it saying telling me I shouldn’t have been late and couldn’t be seen. I rescheduled for the following week went to check in and they had canceled my appointment without notifying me and put someone else in the appointment slot. If your looking to get an eye exam I would say go somewhere else to avoid wasting your time.
