  I love gnc and the products they carry, and the location at the Capital City Mall is my favorite!! The people are great, especially the manager, Delynn!

  Stopped by this store for some protein powder and bars. Not being very knowledgeable about such products I was very hesitant going in. However, the lady who works there was extremely kind and patient and walked me through several products after understanding what I wanted. The store itself was kept very clean and organized & she made me feel very welcome there. I would certainly be returning there often! Highly recommend 👌

  I had to take a minute to rave about Delynn at GNC because she is truly exceptional. Every time I come in, she goes above and beyond to make sure I have exactly what I need. She doesn’t just point to a shelf — she asks questions, listens carefully, and helps me figure out what will actually work for my goals. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. What really stands out is how kind and patient she is with everyone. I’ve watched her interact with kids who come in with their parents, and she treats them with the same respect and warmth as any adult customer. She’s also incredibly gracious and supportive with her coworkers. The positive energy she brings to the store is obvious. On top of that, the store is always spotless and organized. Everything is easy to find, shelves are neat, and it just feels welcoming the moment you walk in. Delynn is a huge asset to GNC. Customer service like hers is rare, and it absolutely keeps me coming back.
