I have to echo the other reviewer with regard to rude staff and poor communication and scheduling. I gave up with these fools.

Absolutely awful. Horribly rude to patients and never answered back about scheduling or anything. They made my family member go home in tears from the treatment of the ladies at the front desk. Absolutely horrible.

Both my wife and I had recent colonoscopies. PA Gastroenterology (PAGI) performed the procedure on me, UPMC did my wife. Let me start by saying the staff and Doctors of PAGI were excellent, friendly, professional and attentive. The best reason to use PAGI is the ease of arrival and departure. Unlike UPMC, there are zero cavernous halls the must be traversed to get to the procedure room. The waiting room is only 20 feet from the parking lot! The small scale nature of the operation has a homey feel while also being high tech and safe. PAGI prescribed a new prep called Sutab which was so much better than my wife's prep. Thank you PAGI for having you S**T together, you rock!
