- PSPradeep Kumar. SDec 30, 20251.0I was charged for service that I clearly opted out. When I was booking my appointment I was asked if I will require the Fundus Photography screening, for which I selected "NO". Still I was charged $39 for the same and while billing we enquired about the same I was told they cannot undo and informed for future I can select some other clinic and billed for service which we did not opt for. I want to report and get the refund for this service.

I checked with them beforehand to see if they took my insurance and then after the exam they did not. The receptionist belittled me and chastised me for questioning me. The manager apologized but seemed afraid of the receptionist. The receptionist also bad mouthed the manager. Worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life and I don’t usually worry with those things.

However, was told they never do an exam without it. I just wanted a refraction exam, but was given a medical exam, and, then, had to pay for it.
- DGDawn GooderhamNov 14, 20251.0The receptionists was rude and yelling at me because I questioned their “mandatory” retinal imaging requirement that costs $39. I was told that it was not optional, but that their office made it part of their “routine eye exam” and that I either paid it or take my 17 year old somewhere else. I had questions on how they could make it mandatory and their receptionist (female) went off on me and told me that the discussion was over and that she was not going to discuss it any further. Will NEVER come back here again. Would have left but needed to get this done - my mother had just had a stroke and I am her caretaker. Did not have time to try and get in somewhere else. My daughter had off school and I had to take advantage of that and a caretaker for my mother.
