- SSSentown SoldierApr 1, 20252.0I am not happy that my provider Mary...the NP is leaving she is the only reason that I go to Centerville clinic. She saved my life and is amazing at what she does. I'm sure I'm not the only patient that's disappointed. If Mary's not there I won't be there and I won't be referring patients there. Keep Mary Capella
