Dr. Kahn was wonderful. She clearly loves what she does and treats you as an individual. She explains her thought process to you and takes into consideration your questions and concerns. I am so glad I went to her, and definitely feel that her thoughtfulness (and some luck) contributed to this complicated process feeling as smooth as it could for me.

I am incredibly grateful to Dr.Shahab Minassian for his outstanding expertise, guidance, and compassion. From the very first visit, he made us feel supported and hopeful through this emotional journey. His knowledge, patience, and careful approach gave us confidence every step of the way. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I stopped going to this clinic months ago because of the way I was treated. There were instances of verbal disrespect and behavior that felt discriminatory, which made me extremely uncomfortable as a patient.
Now, out of nowhere, I receive a bill for over $2,000. This makes absolutely no sense, since they always required payment upfront before performing any service.
This situation feels dishonest and poorly handled. Patients deserve transparency, respect, and clear communication—none of which I experienced here.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious and ask detailed questions before committing to any treatment at this clinic.
Overall, I left without completing my treatment due to the negative experience, and now I’m dealing with unexpected charges months later.
I had one of the worst experiences of my life at your facility. The staff was rude, verbally aggressive, and extremely unprofessional. I felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived, as if my presence was an inconvenience.
The technician who performed my X-ray seemed annoyed when I asked simple questions about the procedure. No patient should be made to feel uncomfortable for asking about their own medical care.
Additionally, the administrative organization was chaotic. Staff members were giving conflicting information, and no one seemed to know what was going on. It felt disorganized and poorly managed.
To make matters worse, when I requested
my information and medical records, they charged me for them even though I had already paid.”
