  This place is lovely! I went on a tour, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The area was clean, and the people were genuinely caring and nice.

  I am a healthcare professional x many decades. This was my first time entering Rosewood Gardens. I found the staff that I encountered, an OT, a PT, desk clerk, activity staff and nursing manager/director as well as the welcome person at the front entrance, to be friendly and responsive to my questions and requests. I found the facility to be clean and the room for patients (the one I visited) to be nicely decorated and calming. My friend is a particular eater and I found the substitute options to be lacking. In addition, the facility only had vanilla boost. Chocolate was requested and I think there wasn’t any to be found. Boost is needed 3x per day for nutritional purposes. I hope tomorrow they will have chocolate. This is the only reason for the 4 star rating.
