They take care of s much as possible so the client can concentrate on recovering. The office staff is extremely friendly and efficient with their communication and their efforts to expedite the process. The gentleman who did the ramp installation was super friendly, explained the installation process and completed the installation of the ramp expeditiously. The ramp is of high quality and makes getting in and out of my home a breeze. The ranp is very sturdy and has some heavy-duty rails for me to use. I cannot speak more highly of the staff who represent this company. Thank you guys so very much for all of your help and for a beautiful ramp.
