It was a much better expierence than the local big box pharmacy. Unfortunately , as they have grown I have found that personal , caring touch is not what it used to be . I have had a few issues where communication would have ended in positive customer satisfaction, but that did not happen . I hope they don’t fall in the same category as the big box pharmcies and wish them the best . Communication is key to customer satisfaction .
