- NNNickApr 29, 20241.0Put an order in on-line for pickup . Came in at around 10:30 and store still wasn’t opened . Forgot some items in the order and also sold me expired health products. Contacted customer service and they were no help whatsoever. Avoid GNC unless you like expired health products. Follow up on 5-23-24. After trying to work this out with GNC customer service they refused to refund missing items and lied about pick up times and the items packed for pickup. So apparently all of GNC customer service is bad. Next step is opening a case against them with the BBB to see if they can get a resolution. AVOID GNC AT ALL COSTS
