  I was given a referral to this medical facility so I went on line and filled out the section where they ask for detailed information. The next day I get an email stating they are not taking new patients and that they don’t have a waiting list since it would be years. Why would you have a section on your website to fill out information they can’t use? Waste of patients time. I gave them three stars since they have a good reputation for helping patients, but they shouldn’t ask for any information if they won’t use it anyhow.

  Sarah Carmine is an outstanding provider. She is very thorough and is a good listener. She delivers patient centered care. Takes time to explain treatment options and my role in the plan. I always feel that I am in good hands.

  Sarah is wonderfully helpful. She listens, is patient and kind. She has helped me with my anxiety immensely, and I am extremely grateful. Would highly recommend!

  I've been going to NPBTC for years and Sarah has been nothing but the best at helping me through a lot of changes. She always carefully manages how I react to certain medications, tracks down each of my symptoms and puts a plan of action out as quickly as possible, and takes into consideration about what treatments I'm (un)comfortable with. Sarah's extremely patient and understanding. She's been my number 1 caretaker for over 5 years now and I appreciate all she has done for me. 10/10 would recommend coming here!

  Sarah Carmine changed my life for the better. She has gone above and beyond for me and is genuinely invested in helping me improve. I tend to distrust doctors and medical professionals, but Sarah is different and I trust her 100%. I can’t thank her enough for all she’s done for me.
