  This practice is horrible. If you happen to be a family who has disabled members avoid at all costs. Especially Courtney. She will threaten you then call CPS on you. She does not understand the dynamics of a disabled household and will cause your family more harm than good. Btw Court, CPS never came and my son is thriving. Not that you care. Also just a petty side note, her voice is super annoying.

  The therapist was great, the staff was not. They did not answer any emails and charged triple from what they were supposed to. Pathetic interactions for a "behavioral health" group. If someone was in a true crisis, I pray they are safe when dealing with this group. Because they could get pushed over the edge eith this nonsense.

  Got a bill from a service 2 years ago!! That in and of itself is not appropriate. The bill is also wrong. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks to speak to someone about it and the staff there refuses to let me speak to the manager. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

  I was referred to this service through my friends, sister who works for this company. I have had nothing but a positive experience. I am very fond of my therapist, she has helped me so much over the last almost two years since I began talking to her. I have grown and become much for confident in learning to advocate for myself.

  I was referred to J. Snyder therapy by a close friends, and have nothing but positive feeling towards my therapy seasons. I have struggled trying to find the right fit, and now, happily think I have found it!
