StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Blue Bell offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

    I stumbled upon StretchLab in Blue Bell while making a return at the UPS store located in the same shopping center. I became more interested after reading the client reviews. Specifically, how clients benefited from their stretching appointments and how they have improved. Clients from athletes to everyday people, like me. I work at my desk for extended periods of time. I walk average 8500 steps a day and consider myself active but certainly not an athlete. I have been limping for over 2 years. I did not realize I was doing this at first, but my friends and family would always ask why I was limping. My muscles were so tight in my hip flexors that I would limp and my gait had changed! I noticed my range of motion had diminished. I had pain radiating down my leg to my foot. I could not cross my left leg over my right leg without picking up my leg and moving it over my right leg. I needed an action plan. I took advantage of an initial visit offer and scheduled myself online. I found the online process to be easy. At my first visit, I was greeted by Sean who is most welcoming and has a wonderfully warm demeanor. He walked me to my table and introduced me to my stretcher. My first stretch was with Kelliann. We started in front of a computer where you raise your hands and squat with your legs. The computer instantly demonstrates on the screen, the areas of your body that need attention. Kelliann was patient, kind and explained everything she was doing. After my 50 minute initial appointment, Sean came and sat with me. Sean explained all of the options for continuing care. My reality was my hip flexors were so tight and I hurt ALL the time. My pain and discomfort was obviously getting worse. This ache would disrupt my sleep. If this was for my husband or kids, it would be a no brainer and I’d sign them up without hesitation. It was right then that I made a commitment to myself to try stretching two times a week for three months with professional stretchers. My second stretch was with Damion. This guy is amazing! Damion has extensive knowledge and background. I appreciate Damion’s ability in his field. I always make sure I schedule with Damion once a week. Results are amazing! The third stretcher I met is Allison. She is very sweet and has a wonderful teaching style with clients. Allison gave me some homework and offered to help me with online videos and resources offered through StretchLab. In closing, after week one, I felt stronger going up stairs, and more stable on my feet. After week two, I was able to see a remarkable improvement in my range of motion. Keep in mind, that stretchers focus on your entire body with focus on your trouble spots. So your entire body is benefiting! After the third week, I was able to put my shoes and socks on easier than I have been able to for years! I’m now at the end of week four and thought now is the time for an honest review. This works! Thank you Sean, Kelliann, Damion and Allison!! If you’re hurting and contemplating StretchLab, give it a try. It is without a doubt working for me. My only regret, is that I did not do this sooner!
