This practice is horrible. If you happen to be a family who has disabled members avoid at all costs. Especially Courtney. She will threaten you then call CPS on you. She does not understand the dynamics of a disabled household and will cause your family more harm than good. Btw Court, CPS never came and my son is thriving. Not that you care. Also just a petty side note, her voice is super annoying.

The therapist was great, the staff was not. They did not answer any emails and charged triple from what they were supposed to. Pathetic interactions for a "behavioral health" group. If someone was in a true crisis, I pray they are safe when dealing with this group. Because they could get pushed over the edge eith this nonsense.

Got a bill from a service 2 years ago!! That in and of itself is not appropriate. The bill is also wrong. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks to speak to someone about it and the staff there refuses to let me speak to the manager. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Regarding Frank Yeager If you’re looking for a therapist who prioritizes their own life story over your concerns, manipulates situations, and engages in clear conflicts of interest, then Frank is your guy. What started as a seemingly professional approach quickly unraveled into something completely inappropriate. Rather than focusing on therapy, Frank would often turn sessions into a personal brag-fest, showing photo albums of his world travels, talking about past relationships, and even sharing intimate details about his personal life that had no relevance to my sessions. When my partner and I were making progress, instead of supporting that, Frank inserted false narratives—misrepresenting conversations and creating unnecessary doubt. His behavior went far beyond unprofessionalism; it was manipulative and deceptive. He blurred ethical lines, making us question his true intentions. A therapist is meant to help clients, not play psychological games or make themselves the center of attention. Frank clearly has unresolved personal issues that he should work through before attempting to guide others. If you’re seeking genuine therapy, look elsewhere.

At best inept and unethical; at worst actively committing insurance fraud. I will say upfront that Frank and Nicole are wonderful therapists who have helped me greatly, but the recent incompetency of the billing and psychiatry departments and of management overall have left such a bad taste in my mouth that I can't give this place anything more than one star. I have been a patient of this practice, and have been seeing Mahip for medication management since June 2022. In December 2023, I was told that Mahip was no longer with them and was assigned Nancy for medication management. Excluding my first appointment with Nancy, which was longer than usual due to us getting to know one another, my following two appointments were similar in scope to those with Mahip: approx. 10-15 mins in length, making sure my mood is stable and no unwanted side effects have occurred. In my previous telehealth appointments with Mahip, the insurance was billed only 1 office visit code. When I started seeing Nancy in January of 2024, a secondary add-on code was charged. It was explained to me that this code is added when anything but my medication is discussed; since Nancy was getting to know me, it was understandable that it was added. However, I recently learned that the code and its associated charge was added on my following 2 telehealth appointments with Nancy in February and April. This add-on code is a psychotherapy code that requires at least 16 minutes of face-to-face therapy separate from the treatment associated with the first code. My two sessions with Nancy on 02/13 and 04/09 were shorter than 16 minutes in length, and even if we are being gracious and saying they were 20 minutes, it doesn't make sense that the complex tasks associated with the first code were completed in 4 minutes. I have been in communication with J Snyder's billing office and Nancy since the beginning of May, but I have yet to receive an explanation justifying the billing of the add-on code - they just keep saying "the billing codes support the sessions", with no further elaboration. They said that the practice administrator will be contacting me to discuss. This was a month and a half ago. A month ago, I asked if I should still expect to be contacted. They said yes. Haven't heard anything since. The ultimate truth of the matter is that my insurance was billed for a service that was not presented to me, which by definition is a form of insurance fraud. Because I have a high deductible health plan, I am then responsible for a good chunk of that extra bill. Stay very far away.
