Specialist Virginia Prial was very thorough, calm, took all the time in the world to explain options and answer my questions. No "hard-sell" attitude at all! I was given plenty of time to try out the aids at home before purchase. And the hearing aids are no more expensive than what hospitals and universities charge (believe me, I've done my research), but the service and quality are outstanding!
